## Caption

"Since I was 18, I had a goal of working at ESPN. Of course, I loved sports, but my dreams took off when I experienced firsthand how the company uplifts the voices of women.

In 2018, I received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPYs alongside dozens of other brave and incredible women. After the ESPYs, women from all over the world reached out to me to let me know that they were inspired by me to speak up and out. In that moment, I got to see the impact that ESPN has." - Hannah, Production Assistant
