## Caption

"I was inspired to pursue a career in talent acquisition by a former roommate in college who encouraged me to think of recruiting as a career. I was always involved in leadership activities on campus, either recruiting folks to support events or volunteering to lead various initiatives.

I naturally gravitated toward this work with a genuine dedication to help others in their journey to success. We may not save lives every day, but we certainly change them." - Tangi, Manager, Technology Talent Acquisition ✨
