## Caption

“The reality is, I am who I am and I can’t be anybody else. That’s what I’ve tried to focus on. If I tried to be different, it wouldn’t be authentic.” – Payton, Lead Product Manager

Payton’s passion for storytelling has taken her on a unique career path from theater and marketing to technology. Working at Disney, she is able to express herself as a member of the technology team and as an orientation facilitator where she shares the magic of Disney with new cast members. 🐭✨ #WomensHistoryMonth
