The grief can feel impossible to navigate. But you don’t have to do it alone.

🩷Connect to a support group - finding your people makes the unbearable just a little more bearable
💙Show your future children how to be brave like Pani from @kingdomborn_uk does. Smash down expectations of what you ‘should be’. Know you are becoming the person YOU want to be, shaped by your experience.
🩷Share your’s and your children’s stories often, they will help others and you.
