The 6 C’s to Business Success 🚀

Every founder’s journey is different, but these 6 steps are universal to getting your business off the ground, mum:

1️⃣ Clarification – ideas, goals, resources, your why
2️⃣ Communication – brand + articulation
3️⃣ Confidence – the pitch, authenticity, self-belief
4️⃣ Connection – negotiation, sales, pricing
5️⃣ Conversion (or Chosen) – the what + the win
6️⃣ Community – brand advocacy

These were the focus of our Stoke Newington Q4 Strategy Workshop this week, led by our brilliant resident Business Mentor & Coach Francesca Hodgson we.are.ambition 

And it wasn’t theory: mums stood up (well done walthamstow_ceramics 👏) shared their big ideas, and mapped out how to apply the 6 C’s in practice.
