At today’s Big MOB Mum Meet Up, Kat Yousefi, founder of @nafasyogastudio guided us through a restorative session of yoga and breathwork - simple, powerful (fun!) practices (that we can do at home - and the kids can get involved with too!) to protect our wellbeing in the chaos of motherhood and the changes that come with it. 

And Career Change Coach @dana_stevens_coach gave us practical tools to step back into work with confidence - from setting boundaries that stick, to advocating for your needs, to rethinking your career on your own terms.
