We’re thrilled to welcome Kirit, founder of @illuminatehealth.uk — a qualified Ayurvedic Health & Wellbeing Practitioner and Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of experience in the healthcare system.

After seeing first-hand how modern medicine often focuses on symptom control rather than true root causes, Kirit began reconnecting with the Ayurvedic principles she learned in childhood — a scientific, holistic approach to self-healing. Now, she’s passionate about making Ayurveda accessible, practical and enjoyable, helping people bring balance back into their daily lives through nutrition, lifestyle, and stress management.

Kirit continues to work within the NHS while offering 1:1 consultations and local workshops — and she’ll be sharing real, relatable insights into how small changes can lead to lasting wellbeing.

She’ll also be joined by the brilliant Kate Longden (@fooddoula ), for even more nourishing energy and inspiration. 💛
