Meet MOB Member and Somatic Therapist, Charlotte Mindel – founder of @the_embodied_mother and a powerful voice for mums looking to reconnect with themselves.

This Friday (tomorrow!) at the Big MOB Mum Meet-Up, London’s ultimate free and weekly meetup for mums, Charlotte joins us to explore this week’s theme:

🌿 The Body Remembers: Motherhood, Emotion & Somatic Therapy

Together @omalley_katie the founder of @alongwaytogoclub Charlotte will speak about the physical and emotional changes of motherhood, and how somatic therapy can support mums who feel stuck in stress, resentment, or emotional fatigue — even after doing “all the right things.”

💛 For any mother who’s felt lost in the process of giving so much — this is a conversation not to miss.

As always, the Big MOB Mum Meet-Up is more than just a talk:
