Another powerful morning at London’s ultimate free and weekly, mum hangout 💛

Every Friday, The Big MOB Mum Meet-Up brings together our incredible community of mums to connect, refuel and build — whether that’s a business, a career, or just figuring out what’s next whilst on mat-leave.

Today’s session? All about sleep 😴
We were joined by the brilliant Charlotte from @littleacornsleep who shared expert advice on sleep routines, pressure around ‘sleeping through the night’, and how we can ditch the shame and get real about rest. 🙌

Huge thank you to @omalley_katie founder of @alongwaytogoclub for being our epic host, to Charlotte for sharing her wisdom; to @lloydparkcc who spoke about their brilliant local initiatives CoCo East and Baby Bank; and to all the amazing mums who came — honest chats like this, and working it out together - so we feel less alone - is what it’s all about.

Next week: It’s all about recovery after birth — join us for a special session on pelvic floors and the rest 😵‍💫🙌

It’s a brilliant space to crack on with some co-working too! 💻
