We dug into the hidden mental, emotional, and financial toll of entrepreneurship for women — especially mothers — and why The MOB’s 3 pillars: wellbeing, connection, and financial fitness are foundational, not optional.

📊 From The True Cost of Female Entrepreneurship:
👉 60% of founders surveyed were mothers
👉 75% were aged 35–54 — right in the “sandwich generation,” caring for both children and older relatives
👉 Women still do 75% of unpaid domestic + care work
👉 And yet we’re working with less than 2% of the available funding (men receive over 98%)

No wonder 54% of female founders report burnout. We’re doing two full-time jobs on a shoestring.
