Yesterday’s energy was electric at this week’s Big MOB Mum Meet-up - London’s ultimate FREE & WEEKLY meetup for mums⚡️

Huge thank you to our brilliant panel for sharing their journeys so honestly,
@omalley_katie (host + founder of @alongwaytogoclub )
@kerriwershofdesigns (London interior designer)
@lkt_london (Laura, founder of LKT London)
@motherlylove_uk (@milli_richards_ , co-founder of Motherly Love) to @17andcentral for hosting us. And to all the mums who came down and made the space what it was.

And to @weemovers for getting our dance-on! 💃👶🪩 !!

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week, and this year’s theme is the power of community. Yesterday was living proof of just how powerful finding your village can be.

If you are struggling at the moment please don’t suffer in silence. Drop Motherly Love a DM and for crisis check out @pandas_uk who are incredible. You are not alone.

Shout-out to @resetwithgemma and @artistsapothecary for the lovely mum wellbeing complementary gifts 🙏 and to Laura for showcasing her beautiful @lkt_london collection as our MOB Member Spotlight this week. 💥

Whether you come to be inspired, connect, create — or just grab a coffee and chill — we’re here for it.

Join us every Friday, 9.30–11am @cratewalthamstow to refuel, connect, and build something awesome together.
