Women are amazing—and mums are bloomin’ incredible. Whether today feels joyful, complicated, or somewhere in between, we see you.

👋I’m Georgie, co-founder of Mums Who Build.

Before becoming a mum, I worked in marketing at Burberry—surrounded by brilliant minds and big ideas. I was driven and ambitious, with a career I loved.

But when my son Freddie was born with a rare genetic condition and later diagnosed as autistic, everything changed.

Returning to a traditional role wasn’t an option. Like so many mums—especially those raising children with additional needs—I felt the full force of the motherhood penalty: career breaks, financial strain, and a knock to my confidence. I wondered if there was still a place for me in the working world.

That’s why I co-founded Mums Who Build with the brilliant bctaylorart —to create a space where mums could rebuild, on their own terms.

Whether you’re rebuilding a career, growing a business, or figuring out your next step—we’re with you. Because motherhood isn’t a barrier. It’s part of your power.
