POV: When a MOB member successfully raises £250k to launch the childcare revolution 🚀

At Mums Who Build, we’re here to help mums create financial security—through business support, career empowerment and financial education.

And this week, we’re celebrating an epic win…

Huge congratulations to annmariekinlock , founder of kindhaus_uk , who just secured £250k in investment through Daring Capital—making it one of their most popular deals yet.

Launching in Hackney this summer, KindHaus is doing childcare differently:

✅ Affordable, flexible childcare – book from just 3 hours at a time
✅ On-site co-working so parents can actually get things done
✅ A community café to reduce isolation and build real connections

And they’re walking the talk:
• 25% of spots go to low-income families
• All staff paid at least the London Living Wage

This is what mums building bold, impactful businesses looks like—and why The MOB exists.

We back mums who build—and we’re just getting started.
