The most inspiring conversation with @_initialled - mind is BLOWN 👏

Meet Anisha, founder of @_initialled - a mobster mum with a top career in the Defence industry who has been building a jewellery business over the past 11 months that is TAKING OFF 🚀 How the hell is she doing this - and doing it so SO well?! Have a listen to find out..

We spoke about the:

✅ motivation for starting @_initialled
✅ how she manages the juggle of a career, business and being a mum ✅ the highs of the past year (30 @themumclub events (!!!!!)
✅ what she would do differently (not much - it’s flying!);
✅ the influencer strategy that has been a key part of her success;
✅ the next steps that would be needed in order to decide whether this can be a full time business - leaving her career in Defence (she has done this all without a written business plan!)
✅ burn out and steps to stop this happening again!
✅ the Black Friday sale!!
