Taking care of yourself can feel like a luxury, especially as a mum. But in The MOB looking after yourself is a top priority and one we encourage and celebrate. That’s why we partner with the amazing team at @puremusclesgym 

Why is self-care important? Because when you carve out time in your weekly schedule to look after YOU - your physical and mental wellbeing - you’ll in turn feel better, reduce stress and lessen the possibility of burnout. You’ll replenish your energy and reserves enabling you to have the headspace to focus on the important stuff. 💪
