📢This Friday, 13 September, in-person Mobster Surgery about Hormone Health with nikki_darby_yourredtent

With financial security being the ultimate goal for mobsters, we love to ask members of the community what it means to them. In this post we asked Nikki, founder of nikki_darby_yourredtent to share her thoughts and tell us what we can expect from her free Mobster Surgery happening this Friday 🙌

Location: stmaryswalthamstow 9.30-11am.
Free to attend.
Children are welcome but not essential!

🚀 Surgery description:
On Friday Nikki will be sharing the foundations for optimal hormone health. The foundations can be applied to all phases in life, especially during our 30’s and 40’s (peri-menopause) when our changing hormones can cause a number of troublesome symptoms.

During this session she will discuss: Our bodies, lifestyle factors, nutrition, stress management and sleep hygiene.

Nikki is a certified women’s hormone health practitioner, menstrual cycle educator, doula, space holder and love of the feminine. She supports women across the whole female life cycle, with a special focus on optimising hormone health.

The MOB enables mums to build financial security through Wellbeing, Connection and Financial Fitness. Join our free community today for events, coaching, digital resources and discounts & benefits.
