Raising children in a community filled with support and connection is the best security you can have 😊

We talk a lot about enabling mums to build financial security, but the first building block to do that is feeling a sense of physical and mental security

You need that to handle the tough stuff parenting can throw at you, before you even begin to starting to think about building other elements in life

Humans need a sense of security through a home, a support unit and a community

Last night Walthamstow showed it’s gorgeous colours of community and support for all, to the world 🌎

The far right was planning to ‘protest’ in E17
We were encouraged to stay safe, inside
Services and places of note were shut early to protect those who were vulnerable

And then E17 came out in force 💪 and showed any potential divisive group that connection and community is what matters here, not division

That builds a sense of security for EVERYONE to thrive in
E17 is a place of connection for EVERYONE

We couldn’t be happier to be part of a community like this, and raising our children here

There is no better place to raise a child than one filled with love and connection

That is the building block of security needed to build whatever future you want from

Big love to you Walthamstow, you make us feel safe 🙌
You show everyone is safe and welcome here 🙏
