A last min change of location today but Lloyd Park didn’t disappoint - how can it, with weather like this 😎

Congrats to @financial.mum who is about to start a really exciting new job in Financial Coaching- so exciting to hear all about it. And great to discuss ways we can best prepare for going back to work after maternity leave, from those who are in the thick of it right now!

🚀 Three top tips:

1. Sit down with your partner ahead of time and agree a pick up / drop off schedule, get into the habit of catching up regularly to understand what each of your diaries look like. These things are likely to be fluid from week to week especially if you have the kind of job with evening events etc. so working collaboratively on this is so important.

2. Make life easy for yourself. @hellofreshuk was a great shout - one less thing to have to think about in the evening!

3. Be kind to yourself - inevitably things will be hectic as you find your groove so give yourself time to adjust and don’t be afraid to ask questions and set boundaries.

Thanks to everyone who came down! Next Friday we should be at @fsqe17 if the fountains are back on.
