The most fun hangout ever?!!

A huge thank you to @eastofeden17 for letting us have our MOB hangout today at your absolutely INCREDIBLE new RIDE studio.

Obvs we were working way too hard to get any decent content from the actual session 🙃 - but my god, the energy, positivity and fun-levels were off the scale 🔥🔥🔥🙌🙌.

Yes it helps when you have the most epic setup, equipment, banging soundtrack, sound system, and lighting to get you in the zone - but massive credit needs to go to @loulouhu the instructor who did the most amazing job of making us all feel so at ease whilst still working us to our limits 💪 (especially appreciated given it was a first ever spin class for many of us!)

Every single one of us had the best time. We can’t thank you enough @eastofeden17 and @loulouhu

If you couldn’t make today, get yourself down to @eastofeden17 and try one of the RIDE classes out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Next Friday’s hangout will be at the fountains at @fsqe17 so bring your kids down with you if they’re on summer hols 🙌
