Last night mumswhobuild B & G, teamed up with Walthamstow’s favourite fairy godmother - birthingwithjo at one of her famous hypnobirthing sessions🙌

What an amazing evening it was getting to meet so many incredible Hypno mums-to-be and being able to share some of the exciting stuff we’ve got coming up with The MOB including MOB Skool, and the free pre and postnatal gym classes puremusclesgym 🙌

Thank you so much for having us Jo, we had the best time! You’re AMAZING 🙌 (did you know Jo has hypnobirthed over 2000 babies!)
