🚀 Surgery description:
Mobster Hedi will be talking all about the power of somatics in releasing stress & overwhelm.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed and your attention is pulled in many directions, it is hard to think about self-care. Yet to be able to give our most precious resource - our attention - to others (including our own children), first we need to tend to our own emotional landscape.

Join Hedi in this experiential workshop where you will learn about the power of somatics in releasing stress and tension so you can feel more calm and present with your loved ones.

Hedi is a Holistic Coach & Somatic Practitioner and the founder of The Soul Works, her holistic wellbeing brand. She is passionate about teaching people mastery over their thoughts & emotions while guiding them to live in alignment with their soul & humanity.

The MOB enables mums to build financial security through Wellbeing, Connection and Financial Fitness.
Join our free community today for events, coaching, digital resources and discounts & benefits.

Like what we do? Tell a friend and come to an event, the more mums we can help build a more financially secure future, the better! 🙌
