Look, I’m no angel when it comes to my food, I love a pizza and ice-cream dinner, but I am conscious of what I put in to make sure I look after mine and my family’s bods 🤩 so we stay healthy and strong for now and the future 

And money is no different to nutrition 💰🥦💰🥦

I defo fall off the wagon every so often for a cheeky purchase, and a Hagen Daas-style evening 😂 but I get back on the healthy habits afterwards to stay on track
