What ONE small thing can you do for yourself this weekend/coming week?! Tell us in the comments below & join our MOB Facebook group (link in bio) 💪

Today we had @rebeccabeazleycoaching Life Coach for Mums, take over our Friday hangout. Becks was brilliant, enlightening, motivating and empowering 💪.

We discussed what the pin-up versions of motherhood (our idealised, airbrushed) versions look like, before slowly dismantling the unhelpful, harmful or redundant caricatures we often unknowingly, are holding ourselves against.

Together we acknowledged that sometimes ‘good enough’ is enough; we learned how to address mum guilt so we can actually focus on what we need; and importantly, we made a little more space for our wants and needs, by each making a goal or commitment to ourselves that we can positively, work towards.

Thank you so much to all the mums who came down, to Becks, and of course to @black_sheep_coffee_walthamstow for hosting us.
