Yesterday I reshared a post by nicolesneuroscience where gratitude was listed as one of the brain health habits to prioritise this year. 

This is a rare sighting. 
This is a magical moment. 
This is GRATITUDE 
My loves. ❤️

Noticing, absorbing, showing appreciation for the moments and things in life that are meaningful or valuable to us - in this case, my children. Acknowledging how bloomin’ lucky I am to be their mum. 

It’s such a special feeling. 

Hi I’m G, co founder of The MOB, and I am building a more financially secure future for myself and my family. 

Being a parent of a child with additional needs, I am aware that financial security for us isn’t straight forward. I don’t know what Freddie’s needs will be and I want Teddy, my youngest, to have everything in place so there is no burden on him to care financially for his brother. I also want to know that if our circumstances change in any way, there is a safety net and plan in place to protect us all.
