What an EPIC morning 🙌 Thank you so much to mobster, mother and founder of @xena.life_ Octavia, who took over today’s hangout and hosted a surgery all about Harnessing Your Hormones. An intuitive approach to exercise. 

Octavia spoke about cycle tracking, typical symptoms associated with the seasons of our cycle and top tips for scheduling our exercise programme around this whilst supporting our physical and emotional needs.

WOW this mobster knows her stuff. SO much invaluable information shared, and such good fun 🙏

@xena.life_ is a multidisciplinary women’s health app supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause.
