Who’s coming to the free women’s health surgery on Friday? 🙌

The MOB is a community for mums who want to build financial security. 

Mobster Surgeries happen once a month as part of the weekly hangouts. The free events are designed to help us up-skill and improve knowledge on topics that influence our ability to build financial security. And looking after our physical and mental wellbeing is key to this. 

🚀 This Friday’s surgery is hosted by Octavia: mobster, mother and founder of xena.life_ XENA is a multidisciplinary women’s health app supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and perimenopause.

🚀 Octavia will be talking about Harnessing Your Hormones. An intuitive approach to exercise. 

“We will cover cycle tracking, typical symptoms associated with the seasons of our cycle and top tips for scheduling your exercise programme around this supporting your physical and emotional needs.”

🚀 You will be given one month’s free access to XENA + a programme to take you through the month. 

🚀 This is a FREE event, but attendees will need to have signed up to The MOB community via The MOB website (link in the bio).

THE NEED-TO-KNOWS:

-The surgery will take place in stmaryswalthamstow 

-The format is a relaxed talk where you are free to listen and engage in discussion as much or as little as you like. 

-You will have the opportunity to meet and network with other mobsters as usual 9.30-10am. The surgery will then start at 10am for around 45mins.

-kids welcome as usual, but not essential 

-You don’t have to be a business owner to attend (we get asked this a lot!) All of our MOB community are welcome to attend, at whatever stage of motherhood you’re at.
