Props to these mums building themselves this week @suzi__ross Mums Who Build FREE pre and postnatal class @puremusclesgym 💪 Thank you Suzi for a great session.

Suzi has been G’s PT since having her second baby, Teddy. She was looking for help to build strength back after having a c-section. Suzi has been brilliant in building G’s confidence in the gym, supporting her back to feeling mentally and physically strong again. 🙌

If anyone is interested in getting a PT that is well versed in pre and postnatal, Suzi is your woman 💪 Drop her a DM for more information.

Download the @puremusclesgym app now for next Monday’s free STRETCH pre and postnatal class with @annarose_clark 1pm.

The Mums Who Build classes are all free and you don’t need to be a member of the gym.

The classes get booked up super quick mum, but it’s always worth checking on the day for any last minute cancellations.

Once postnatal, always postnatal, regardless of how old your child is, you are welcome.

Pre crawlers also very welcome to come to the classes.

📸Big thank you to Indira for capturing yesterday’s class!
