Today marks London’s third #GreatMentalHealthDay exploring the importance of meaningful connections and highlights the power of relationships, community, and social networks. Thank you to @carlyhayessocial for bringing this to our attention (check out her great post today). It’s a brilliant opportunity to highlight just how special communities like The MOB are (and it’s not yet a year old!) and how privileged Bex and I feel to be building it with you mobsters. Community really is EVERYTHING 🙌

And today was no exception, we left the Mobster Hangout with that mega buzzing feeling 🙌 The Best Kind Of Feeling ✨ Thank you to everyone who came, for the inspiring conversations and to @stmaryswalthamstow for having us.
