Wow what an epic #instalive to kick-start 2024! Thank you @cahulahoops - a Guinness World Record holding Hula Hooper, internationally recognised hoop teacher, fitness instructor and CEO of HulaFit and a mum - Carla is one hell of a powerhouse 🔥🔥

We spoke about:

How Carla is on a mission to share hula hooping with the world and empower as many people as possible to enjoy moving their bodies and feel fitter, happier and healthier using hula hoops.

How motherhood is shaping her journey. The plan Carla had when pregnant has changed since having her baby, her priorities have shifted - and that’s ok!

The importance of surrounding yourself with a core support network and taking time for yourself.

Time management has been key.

Carla had trained hundreds of HulaFit instructors globally sharing her passion, expertise and years of both Hula fitness & business entrepreneurial experience, equipping instructors with the knowledge and tools they need to teach classes, both in real life and online, and run successful fitness businesses. This is something Carla will pick up again but for now she’s enjoying #maternityleave time with her babe!

Check out @hulafitworld or drop @cahulahoops if you have any questions about joining one of her classes or a class that’s local to you around the country.
