This week it was the STRENGTH circuits class with suzi_ross and I definitely left feeling like I’d built up a sweat 💪

“STRETCH” is a FREE class that blends Yoga and functional full body movements that aim to tap in to the parasympathetic nervous system, to rest and restore your body and mind. Most poses will be supported, either by the wall, or using props that will be provided.
