Want to know the easiest process for building joy? 🤩

Joy can be an outcome from a challenge we set ourselves or an escape from our daily responsibilities as parents

And joy can be found in the preparation AND the outcome of a challenge … and we are on a loooooong journey with our challenge in our garden 😂 but we are up for it 💪

What project are you working on that brings you joy?

If you are looking to start something new, why not try our process below out? And let us know what you think of it 👇

1. Pick a project (ours is the garden, yours could be creative, musical, fitness, reading , literally anything)

2. Get inspiration (research) - this might be my favourite part especially when it comes from an incredible MOBSTER-led business like @bloom_the_magazine 🌿

3. START - this is the best BUT toughest bit… no matter how hard it seems, all you need to do is start. Picking up the pen, drawing the first line, opening the instrument, putting on the gym clothes and getting out the door, these are all the hardest parts. But you just need to take it one step, line, stroke, breath, chord, brick or block at a time 👍

You’ll likely find joy in some weird places you were not expecting 😊
