✅Starting Monday 30 October

✅What?:
-Week 1, strengthening with @suzi__ross

-Week 2, stretching, yoga with @annarose_clark

-Repeat 💪

✅The booking process:
-You can book the classes via the @puremusclesgym app or via class pass - more info on the booking process will be shared shortly
-book the class you want on a weekly basis (ie if you only want to attend the yoga classes that’s fine).

✅non crawling babies very welcome too!

Remember mum, before you can build up, you need to BUILD YOU 💪

MINDSET, SKILLSET, “MONEY-SET” (that last term is made up but we liked it)

The MOB is on a mission to enable mums who want change to find more financial security and close the wealth gap in the UK. We do this by connecting, inspiring and empowering mums through, community, local events, digital spaces and online resources. Join The MOB (it’s free!) weblink in the bio on @mumswhobuild 💪

@puremusclesgym is a gym located in Wood Street, E17. An inclusive, friendly environment with top classes, coaches and state of the art equipment. We are a community with a mission to help every individual reach their personal health, fitness and wellness potential.
