Do it your way. Simple right? 

Focus on your way of doing things, focus on your skills and talents, and use them. 

You don’t need to do anything other people want for you. That’s actually what they want for themselves. 

Focus on the stuff you do best, and you enjoy. You’ll work harder, get stronger end learn faster, meaning more success.

Caveat - we are not saying you can drop all he stuff you need to do just because you don’t enjoy it. Obvs, we know sacrifice is part of parenting and leadership. 

Not being able to do EVERYTHING means you need to focus, which means mastery is possible.

Focus on the stuff you enjoy, then the stuff you need to do. And drop the stuff you’re ‘supposed’ to do. 

You’ll reach more of the stuff that makes you successful when you focus.
