Build JOY - why?! Because when you do this, you feel mentally and physically great, and that’s a pretty awesome way to set yourself up for the week ahead.

Building Joy can take many forms. It’s what makes you happy. And this week we shine a light on the power of art.

"Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life." - Pablo Picasso

Being surrounded by it (like when you walk around a gallery), or getting creative yourself or even watching someone else do it. Seeing imagination come to life in this way is pretty special. The colours, the textures, the composition, the genres, the meanings. It’s a way of self expression and freedom without the need for words, and the possibilities are endless.

I’m lucky enough to have grown up surrounded by art so it’s in my DNA. What do you think of art? Does it bring you joy too or is it just me?

Shout-out to the artists in this reel @artisan_gallery_epping @mariarivans @dan_pearce_art @opake_art Peter Osborne James Green, Roz Bell and The Connor Brothers

How do you build joy? (Treat yourself to a night out with us on the 20th maybe? 😜) check out the deets on our website now.
