PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION 🤩

Friday means commitment check-in for the mobsters so I am up…
I haven’t run a 10k in over 2.5 years… from pregnancy to slipped disc to only swimming allowed…and now I’ve run 10k this week (with the buggy) 🙂 and I don’t even like running that much 😂

Im not tooting my own horn, I’m just bloody proud of myself for committing to my future strength by doing the boring (physio) work to rebuild 💪

And you’ve helped me do this! If I didn’t have my commitments to share each week (which make me hugely uncomfortable) I wouldn’t have done this 👌 so thank you MOBSTERS 🙌

I’m still building back myself after baby number 1, but I want more babies 😉 so I know I’m going to have to do the same again, because I want to 😝

What successful have you had with your commitments to your future selves this week?

And if you’ve not got them clear yet, please download our free e-book (Build back You Mum) and come on this journey with us, to building back the parts of us that made us feel great before our babies!

DM us and share what you rediscover, or join our private Facebook group to find your accountability partner to support your successes 👌

Join the MOB for more tools and resources to help you BUILD BACK, BUILD BIGGER and MORE BEAUTIFULLY (IF THAT’S EVEN POSSIBLE!)
