YOU ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN THE MOON MUM 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌓🌔

Yes it sounds bizarre, but you are

The words we use have impact on our success. Choosing the words we say to ourselves has the potential to impact our success positively and negatively

In their jointly written book, Words Can Change Your Brain, Dr. Andrew Newberg, a neuroscientist at Thomas Jefferson University, and Mark Robert Waldman, a communications expert state, “a single word has the power to influence the expression of genes that regulate physical and emotional stress"

So removing the exertion in our language can actually help

No more "I try", just simply "I do"...

Tell yourself of your capabilities, and do them more easily

You'll be surprised at how powerful you are when you do

For more help and support in making the change you want in your life, join our instagram live on Wednesdays at 1.30pm and ask questions, or come along to our free hangout on Thursday mornings at 9.30am at Fellowship Square, E17
