SUNDAY means relaxation (intent)😊 but sometimes that doesn’t happen when you have kiddies 👶

So, one way to ensure you get some joy and relaxation to recharge (in whatever form that looks like for you) is to diarise it 📅

It may sound funny, but booking in time in your diary to do YOU is a must, and treating it like a business meeting is the cherry on the top 🍒

Give yourself the priority you give to others and enjoy that time. Organise care with your support unit if you can - tag in a partner and take over when they want their date with joy too 🤩

When you have a regular date with joy, you can better handle the difficult bits that arise with kiddies 👶

You deserve it 🥰

The MOB is on a mission to give mums more financial security and close the wealth gap 💰

We do that by helping mums be in the best mindset, tooled up with their best skillset, and able to manage their money set they can earn and deserve for their futures 💪

Join The MOB (it’s free) and be surrounded by other mums who want and create positive change 👍
