BBYN Commitments Check-in today ✅

This week has been a bit better as exercise has got more frequent following my blip last week from back pain… I have to add in another commitment for next week as I thought I’d made it a habit but I got sidetracked so I’m adding doing 20 mins of physio/Pilates 3x a week from now on

What are your non-negotiables that help you maintain you? Are you prioritising  them? However small you need to make them, the point is you just need to make them. I like to tell myself that even 5 mins is better than 0 mins 👍
