Apologies for the bed head / pj look 🥴as you can see from the cover pic, I only had seconds of peace to jump on here and say hey 👋🤪

HAPPY SUNDAY!

Last week we asked you for some recommendations on how you #BUILDJOY and one of my favourite responses was from MOBSTER @bridget_r_flynn who founded @mammaswim 🤩This is actually something that some of our MOBSTER mums brought up at our last MOBSTER HANGOUT, so I already know how much our MOBSTER community loves it. But, for those who haven’t heard of it, go and check it out. Yes it’s cold water swimming, which may not be for everyone BUT you only need to look at their Insta page for a couple seconds to see the JOY this activity brings. It’s infectious.

You can #BUILDJOY any day, but on Sunday’s we at The MOB like to put ‘BUILDING JOY’ into the spotlight, because MOBSTERS, the benefits are POWERFUL: PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. And it will set you up for a really positive, productive week ahead. So it’s a no brainer, right?

How are you BUILDING JOY this weekend? What makes you feel great? Is there something you wish you could start doing that you think will bring you joy? Tell us in the comments ⬇️⬇️

The MOB aims to help mothers build more FREEDOM, OPPORTUNITIES and EQUITY.

Want to learn more about how the MOB can help you? Sign up to our mailing list on the website and DM us, we’d love to chat with you.
