ARGH! Fear factor live today 😱😱😱

Today we are kicking off sharing our commitments we made to ourselves with our actions to Build Back You Mum because we are doing it too, with you wonderful women!… PS only 50% of The MOB here today for me, G’s are coming soon and she will share hers too (our schedules are not very often aligned because we are mums obvs, so we flex and do it together, when it works for us!)

If you haven’t done so already, please download our FREE e-book (link in bio) and Build Back You Mum… and start your journey with us in bringing back some of the pieces of the ‘old’ you back to life, and make the mob-mum-you even brighter and brilliant… remember the ‘old’ you was never gone, she was possibly just having a well earned nap (cheeky-mare) 💤

We built this because we listened to mums say that one of the hardest parts of motherhood was losing the parts of the old you you loved…. So we built this to build her back! The world needs more of that woman, and we want her back buzzing again!
