Good morning MOBSTERS 👋

We’ve got some #mondaymotivation for you! First, listen to this really interesting clip from @steven (full podcast is also out now). It is with Harvard Professor Dr Daniel Lieberman - a world renowned expert in human evolutionary biology. He challenges conventional wisdom around health, fitness and sleep, including the benefits of #strengthtraining which is fascinating.

Then, why not go and put this theory into practice, starting from today, at the @puremusclesgym pre & postnatal class TODAY 1PM. This brilliant, supportive class is every Monday, for mums looking to build strength and motivation mentally and physically. I’ve been many times even though I had a baby over 18 months ago. @suzi__ross who takes the class is the head coach at the gym and she knows her stuff! She also specialises in everything pre and postnatal so it’s a workout space you can feel safe and confident in. Plus (and this is a big plus!) you can bring your pre-crawling babies too! 🤩 £12 and you don’t need to be a member of the gym to attend.

#BUILDMOTIVATION this Monday with @steven @suzi__ross @puremusclesgym and us!

MOBSTERS, the above is just our suggestions, but what we’d really love, is to hear some thoughts on what motivates YOU? Leave us a comment ⬇️⬇️ or send us a DM to inspire us, and the MOB community, for next week. 🤩

The MOB aims to help mothers build more FREEDOM, OPPORTUNITIES and EQUITY.
