You can #BUILDJOY any day, but on Sunday’s we at The MOB like to put ‘BUILDING JOY’ into the spotlight, because MOBSTERS, the benefits are POWERFUL: PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY. And it will set you up for a really positive, productive week ahead. So it’s a no brainer, right?

Building JOY can take many forms - laughing, being silly, having fun, taking time for yourself. Anything! For me today, it was yoga. Something I’ve been wanting to do for so long now but just haven’t got around to doing it. So when puremusclesgym added yoga to their gym class calendar I jumped at the chance. Im not going to lie, having a baby that still doesn’t sleep through, meant getting up this morning was tough. But WOW, I’m so pleased I did it. I genuinely have felt so great all day long. It wasn’t an easy session (I’m so inflexible it was actually really hard!) but it was so worth it, and I hope I can keep doing more of these sessions because it really does bring me so much joy.
