Part of our mission is to amplify the voices and shine a light on the people driving change for mums to build… and men are central to that.

With fathers day upon us we are kicking off this week with a #mouthymobster about a MAN who builds the future - see my mate Chas who works at #Aon

Chas took extended parental leave for both his children when not many where doing it (in the somewhat traditional world of insurance)… and Aon supported the change in their culture that resulted in many more men doing the same now.

Both Chas and Aon are part of the change and more people need to know about it, to be able to push on with contributing to it.

Ps Chas is still doing exceptionally well in his work 👌 …so it shows women can do the same after parental leave 😁

So, can you help us showcase the men in your life who build the future too by enabling mums to create a more secure and equitable future for their families by supporting them with more freedom to create and make opportunities? 

Share any dad bods and father figures (we encourage diversity and inclusivity) that are driving change for the mums out there, and their families with a #mouthymobster about them (see guidance in the vid…snapshot the end to see how to do it)

And don’t just do it this week, do it continually on socials for them and us, as you will be creating the change the world and it's families need.
 
💪  Maybe you have a male leader at work who regular leaves to sort his kiddos and talks about it openly to ensure others know they can do the same
💪  Or a pal who always steps in to look after your kids when you need it
💪 Or a male co-worker who is working flexi-time to support his families care needs
💪 Or a leader who promotes women whilst on maternity as they know trajectory does not stop when on parental leave

Only by giving the #mobster men the recognition they deserve, and showing others how it can be done, can we drive change together.
