Follow these steps by @press_reset_nails for the perfect festive shamrock decals & some Irish luck. 🇮🇪
 
💚 Apply polish to a plastic sandwich bag and add a top coat.
💚 Paint your nails with any base color. 
💚 Peel the polish off the plastic. 
💚 Use a shamrock hole punch to create a decal. 
💚 With a dull tweezer, place the decal on your nail.  
💚 Using your finger, press the decal into the tacky polish, making sure not to press too hard. 
💚 If the edges won’t lie down, use a brush dampened with remover to soften them.
💚 Add sparkles to represent markings on the leaves.
💚 Top it all off with OPI Nature Strong Top Coat.
