💖 Apply 2 coats of #BareMySoul to your nails. ❤️ Choose three different shades. On a piece of plastic, use each shade to paint a block of color. 
💜 Go over each block with a layer of #OPITopCoat.  
💖 Let the blocks dry and then peel them off the plastic.  
❤️ Use a heart-shaped hole punch to cut out your decals.  
💜 Gently press the decals onto your nails.  
💖 Seal the decals with a layer of #OPITopCoat.
