From sharing non linear stories to finding reasons of self-exploration, it's been 2 years since I quit my job to pursue novelty. Writing, traveling + photography first came as a challenge and I almost didn't want to accept it but the more I realized these acts could become reality, active acts of obsessive pursuit might be an understatement of how I went about this perception.
—
Within these 2 years, I've experienced relative happiness at its highest peaks. But while there's good, there will always be bad. With great, comes emotion that usually come with uncertainty. Feelings I didn't know existed and never felt before in my life. Letting go of comfortability seemed to be my constant norm throughout these years and while it only gets a little bit easier each time, the original goal of experiencing novelty has never changed. Growth came with it instead and with everything else in between, it was a gentle reminder that through it all, life must go on.
—
As the year is coming to an end, I'm excited to close the book on this one. There's one last pursuit in the beginning of next year that I'm nervous yet excited to tackle. But with however life chooses to unfold itself, I hope I don't lose sight of wanderlust because at the end of the day, isn't life meant to be enjoyed and shared?
—
All in all, I hope everyone finds fulfillment and happiness because although life is short, life is the longest thing we will ever have on earth. Love you all, safe and happy travels 💘
