Sometimes you'll find the best views of Manhattan Skyline right outside of the island. Yes, in New Jersey 😉

Hard to admit but ever since I moved back home, it's been taking so much energy for me to come into the city. A city that I used to look forward to coming to every weekend when I wasn't traveling. A city that contributed so much to my attitude and grit, which pushed me to drop everything and say f* it to my current life in order to pursue my dreams. The city where I'd get adrenaline rushes the moment I'd step out of Port Authority. But what changed?
—
I've become jaded of a city that most people dream of visiting at least once in their lives. How insane is that statement! But something changed. This past week was the first time in a very long time where I felt that same, adrenaline feeling, again.
—
When I say this I mean it, but photography has seriously changed my life. Photography has seriously opened up my world and perspective of travel, as it allows you to capture and view places in a different lens (no pun intended). It's wild coming back home and seeing what you've captured throughout the day - New York, I'm sorry for ever feeling that about you.
—
New York City is truly a place where dreams are made of, but it's also a place where you gotta put in work to make your dreams come to life. So while I'm still home, there isn't a hesitation of not coming into city and exploring more of what the big apple provides 🍎🗽 safe & happy travels, y'all 💘
