## Caption

Republican leaders Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Vice President JD Vance, former Ohio Gov. John Kasich and President Donald Trump had various reactions to Ohio Republican gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy's attack toward his Democratic opponent Dr. Amy Acton.

The ad featured Acton's estranged mother, Donna Arthur, who called her daughter a liar and shouldn't be elected governor.

Acton hasn't seen her mother since she was 12-years-old. Acton and her brother were removed from Arthur's care due to abuse and neglect. Arthur's husband and Acton's step-father was charged with sexually abusing her.
