People always ask "How to be a great leader?" What are the qualities of a good leader?" We all have leaders, but what actually defines what are the characteristics of a good leader? Everybody defines leadership differently but I really like the way John C Maxwell defines leadership, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” We dive deeper into this in Leap of Fate Pod #38 this week!

Irrespective of how you define a leader, he or she can prove to be a difference-maker between success and failure. A good leader has a futuristic vision and knows how to turn their ideas into real-world success stories.

We take an in-depth look at some of the important leadership qualities that separate good leaders from a bad one. We explore this with Saurabh Sardana, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at  Blackbox Research, a global corporation.

Saurabh rose through the corporate leadership ranks to become COO. Along the way, he learned many lessons and morphed himself into a great leader.
