## Caption

Although putting Cam-Loc's on an F7 helmet is possible (and we'll show you how in this video) - Here's why you should consider NOT putting Cam-Loc's on an F7:
1. Since Cam-Loc's are made to sit in the SpeedFlex housing which an F7 doesn't have, your chinstrap connection won't be as secure
2. Having a less secure chinstrap connection means that your chinstrap is now prone to move around and could shift uncomfortably during a game or practice
3. Installing a Cam-Loc will make your chinstrap prone to moving around, and with that could loosen the thumb screw holding it together, casing your chinstrap to detach from the helmet
